He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a manner in which I could understand. He was super-prompt, he did only what truly needed done, and explained ways for me to better maintain my own AC unit. He also suggested I consider having my units serviced from time to time due to their age, but recommended I wait until there was a special going on. He also was very friendly with my incredibly hyper dog, who was very happy to jump all over him. To me, that all speaks to top-notch service. I know now that the only call I need to make if I'm having trouble with heating & air is to Extreme's One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Thanks again, Michael!

Extreme One Hour is our go-to company for A/C services because we haven't found anywhere near us with as good customer service with value. Michael, specifically, is our requested tech. He provides a lot of background knowledge that we wouldn't be aware of and we trust his recommendations and because he's straight forward about what's really needed. It's nice not feeling like a car salesman walked into our living room to sell us a bunch of things we don't need. Our tech, Michael Treadway, did a great job repairing our blower unit. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give honest recommendations about how to proceed. He explained the pros and cons of all of our options and helped us get set up with the best motor for our homesize. I have recommended One Hour Service to all of my coworkers who have had AC/Heat issues and any time I need service in the future I will request Mr Treadway come out. Its refreshing to have a someone who knows what they are talking about and gives straight answers and not just trying to sell the most expensive equipment.
